  • Check-out Time: Before 10:00 AM
  • Front Desk Hours: 24 hours
  • Check-in requirements: At the time of check-in guest must provide a valid government issued photo ID and a credit card for payment of the room rent/incidentals.
  • Minimum age requirement: Must be 18 years or older.
  • Rollaway beds or cribs: Not available.
  • Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

No cancellation fees. If you are arriving after 10.00PM please call the hotel and provide valid credit card number to hold the room for late arrival.

Reward Policy

Simple Cashback Rewards Policy: If you make the reservation by calling the hotel directly at 1-843-681-3655 OR by using www.srihiltonheadisland.com then you will get $10 Cash/Gift Card rewards per night at the time of check out. (Check out time is 10:00AM). Don’t leave the hotel without collecting your cashback rewards. We do not give Cashback rewards after 10:00AM. No exceptions.
Gogreen Rewards Policy: If you do not take any housekeeping services, you can get $20CASH –go green rewards at the time of check out. (Check out time is 10:00AM). Please help in protecting our environment.
